What does this qualification cover?

To achieve the Level 3 Award Qualification, learners must successfully complete 3 mandatory units and 3 optional units in Leadership Qualities and Styles, Leadership Skills, Church Leadership, Christian Vision and Leadership, Prophecy and Prophetic Activity and Team Leadership in a Church Context.

To successfully achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Christian Leadership, learners must successfully complete further modules, totalling 6 credits.

Course Entry Requirements

The minimum age for learners to access this qualification is 16 years of age.

》Who is the course suitable for?

This course is suitable for church leaders and members who are serving in a leadership role within the church or community, such as Pastors, Ministers, appointed leaders. This course is intended for aspiring leaders who want to improve their leadership skills or sense a call to ministry.

》How is the course assessed?

All assessments are internally assessed and approved by the Internal and External Moderator. An Initial Assessment takes place at the start of the course and is used to determine individual learning and support needs.
