Carol has a background in Business and Management: her first degree was in Business Administration at Coventry University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Education at Open University. She is a qualified Chaplain. Since 2017 her passion for education enabled her to establish a private training centre in Christian Leadership, Systematic Theology, Worship, Christian Discipleship and Christian Mission accredited by Open College Network West Midlands, now Aim Qualifications.
She is the author of 100 Powerful Prayers: In the Presence of God and Powerful Prayers for Young Powerful People. She is the Pastor of Lighthouse Fellowship, Church of God of Prophecy, Nottingham.
She has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology and Transformative Practice at The Queen’s Foundation and is currently studying for her PhD in Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies at the University of Birmingham.

Robert Ricardo Clarke is married to Pastor Carol Clarke (since 2001), and has 3 amazing children; Dominique, Chanel and Benjamin.
Rob is the Senior Pastor at LightHouse Fellowship (COGOP Nottingham) and also COGOP UK National Men’s Ministry co-leader.
Rob has a Degree Honours in Engineering, Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management, a trainee counsellor, and has a Preparation to Teach Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) Certificate; as well as completing a host of Theology and Ministerial training through COGOP Timothy School of Ministry, and Mission School.
Rob is currently in full time employment as a manager, overseeing many high-profile Vehicle Programmes, projects and teams at Jaguar Land Rover.
Rob has a passion to teach and expound on God’s Word, which has taken him to share the Gospel throughout the UK, in Africa (Uganda), and US (North and South Carolina) in recent years.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Rob had setup an independent Livestream team, which has supported many families throughout the difficult time; enabling all from around the world to view and to offer their support online to the bereaved families and friends.

geared around using Information Technology to minister onto others, to Spread the
Good News around the world that Jesus Saves.

Marilyn has experience in higher education, coaching, nursing and criminal justice. She has experience working in both public and private institutions, colleges, and as a counsellor and in-house mediator to university staff, particularly at the University of Birmingham.
Her background in the criminal justice system has enabled her to advocate for community roots initiatives, supporting marginalised youngsters in Restorative Justice. She has delivered lectures on mental health issues in China, Lithuania, and Germany.
Marilyn is certified by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and has more than 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor. She is a professional with experience in Advanced Integrative Therapy and Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy. She has an MSc (Integrative) in Counselling and Psychotherapy for children and adults.
Marilyn has a Certificate in Theology, a Diploma in Missions Theology, a Postgraduate qualification in Theology (Research), and 10 years’ experience working in China, Nairobi, Kenya and Uganda. Marilyn is a qualified Chaplain and works in Birmingham hospitals and hospices.

Andrea has a background in business, human resource management and learning and development, with particular focus on blended learning and the influence and application of neuroscience in learning. She holds a degree in business studies, a MSc in Human Resource Management and a PGCE (PCET). Andrea is also experienced in educational quality assurance management and accreditation and holds the most recent qualifications in assessment and quality assurance of learning.
Andrea has worked across a range of educational sectors, including the private and funded sectors and is passionate about the transformation that learning can bring about for the individual and the wider communities who they serve. She has recently undertaken foundational studies in biblical and theological studies with intentions of progressing her learning in this area. She is particularly interested in sharing how the Bible and Christian principles can continue to be relevant to a changing, dynamic, global community.

Born and raised in Grenada, in the Caribbean, Ria moved to the United Kingdom in 2012 where she now resides in the Greater Manchester area. She has a background in finance and accounting, marketing and media communications and has worked in the banking & financial services, telecommunications, and charity sectors.
She has taught in various educational institutions and also facilitated numerous corporate and group training workshops. A leader with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Ria speaks and trains on leadership and personal growth.
She is a fully accredited local preacher of the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americas (MCCA) and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Theology, Ministry and Mission from the University of Durham.
Ria is a former trustee of All We Can, an international relief and development charity and the Manchester House of Prayer. Ria has a heart for seeing people develop and come into the fullness of their God-given potential and her mission is to see the kingdom come into the systems of the world and for Jesus to get His inheritance, the nations, as a reward for His suffering.
